About Me

I am currently attending Binghamton University's School of Computing, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.   I am a member of the Iota Chapter of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, Computer Science Honor Society of the Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science.  My passion is coding!  I possess a solid grasp of advanced mathematical and technical skills, working with algorithms and data structures to solve complex computer issues. The projects I have worked on thus far involved object-oriented programming and utilizing data structures in C, C++, Java, and Python programming languages. My favorite is Java or C++ if I had to pick one.  I've done endless error testing and have collaborated with fellow students on many projects.  Communication is key and I have learned over the last two years how to communicate complex technical information with diverse groups of people in a way that everyone can understand the topic at hand.

I am seeking a challenging and learning position in the programming field.  The excitement of entering the workforce in this field has motivated me to excel in my classes to better prepare me for 'real-world' projects.  I look forward to using technology to make whatever company I end up working for better, more efficient, and more technologically advanced at a pace that puts it ahead of all others. I am a fast learner, results-driven, and accelerative through the application of analytic methodologies to interpret data sets of all sizes. I am an articulate problem solver with great analytical and communication skills.

On a personal note, I love spending time with family and gaming with friends.  I am also passionate about playing the piano.  I learned as a young child, and although my time with it has lessened over the years, I find myself at the piano teaching myself new songs by ear all the time.  I excel at teaching myself just about anything from piano to coding.  When I want something, no matter how difficult, I find a way to make it happen.  My determination and the fact that I enjoy challenges are what will help me excel in just about anything.
